Ordering is very straightforward. If you are an existing customer
login using your username and password, then follow the simple procedure
detailed below. If you are a first time user either create an account
on the homepage or follow the steps below and set up the account
through the ordering process.
• Search for the products you need via the various categories
or the search facility
• Simply click on the 'Add to basket' button and that product
will be stored on your online shopping basket. Either continue shopping
or proceed to checkout.
• Once you have proceeded to checkout, members who have logged
on will have their details automatically displayed, if you are a
new user you will need to create your profile.
• Enter your delivery details and view postage costs, then

that payment has been processed. A further email will be sent to

The risk passes when posted, insurance is your responsibility
If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the
products may be retained by Royal Mail, in which case the postman
will leave notification of attempted delivery and instructions to
where the goods can be collected. If the goods are returned to us
and we have to re-deliver the products, a further delivery charge
will be charged.
We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you do not receive your order within the time period specified
in the dispatch email, please contact the Royal Mail in the first

You may return the goods delivered to you within 7 days of your
receipt of the goods as long as they are unopened and unused with
the delivery note for an exchange or refund. You must pay for the
cost of returning the products unless they arrive faulty. We will
reimburse you within 14 days of our office receiving the goods.
Any goods that are not returned within 7 days will be considered
accepted by you.
If any products delivered to you are not the items ordered please
return to us by recorded delivery stating the reason for the return
and we will we will replace the item and refund you the cost of
postage. If the item is no longer available we will refund you the
cost of the item and the cost of postage and packing.
Please note that, unless there is something wrong with the item,
you cannot return the following products. Newspapers or magazines
or any products that are perishable. You cannot return, unless there
is something wrong with the item, any of the following where the
item has been unsealed:
Videos, DVDs, CDs, audio cassettes, video games, software products.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
